How to Subscribe?
To subscribe to a paid plan:
Log in to the account you’d like to upgrade.
Click Upgrade from the top right corner of the home page, or from the top left menu under Nilo (if you’re inside a world).
Select the plan you want and click Upgrade.
Enter your payment details and click Subscribe & Pay.
That’s it — you’re all set!
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription
You can upgrade your subscription at any time during your billing cycle.
If you upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, a new billing cycle will begin immediately, and you’ll receive the full amount of Nilo Bits included in the new plan.
If you upgrade mid-cycle from one paid plan to a higher tier, your billing cycle will remain the same. You’ll be charged the price difference, and you’ll receive the difference in Nilo Bits immediately. Your existing Nilo Bits balance will remain unchanged.
Example: You're on a monthly Builder plan ($19.99/month, 3k Nilo Bits) with 2k Nilo Bits remaining. You upgrade to a monthly Pro plan ($49.99/month, 6k Nilo Bits). You're charged $30 and receive 3k Nilo Bits. Your new balance: 2k + 3k = 5k Nilo Bits.
You can also downgrade your subscription at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan’s features until then.
To downgrade your plan:
Log in to the account you’d like to downgrade.
Click Account from the top right corner of the home page.
Click on Manage subscription and then on Update subscription.
Select the plan you want and click Continue.
Enter your payment details and click Subscribe & Pay.
Can I transfer my subscription to another Nilo account?
No. Subscriptions and Nilo Bits are non-transferable between accounts. Please make sure you are logged into the correct account before purchasing.
Subscription Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically. To check your renewal date:
Click Account to open Account Settings.
Click Manage Subscription. Your billing page will open.
Your next billing date is displayed here.
If you have canceled your subscription, the expiration date is shown instead of a renewal date. Your benefits continue until that expiration date.
Cancel a recurring Subscription
To cancel a recurring subscription:
Log in to the account where the membership was purchased.
Click Account to open Account Settings.
Click Manage Subscription. Your billing page will open.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Important: Subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refund is issued for the remaining days. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time before the renewal date. We recommend canceling as soon as you decide, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Can I buy just one month?
Subscriptions renew automatically by default. However, you can cancel at any time after subscribing. If you cancel, your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If you prefer not to subscribe, you can purchase Nilo Bits as a one-time top-up from your Account page. Your Bits won’t expire, so you can use them whenever you like.
What Happens When Your Subscription Ends?
When your subscription expires (either through cancellation or non-renewal):
Your account reverts to the free plan.
You retain access to 1,000 free Nilo Bits per month.
Any remaining topped-up Nilo Bits (purchased separately) stay in your account and do not expire.
Subscription Bits that were included with your plan and unused at the end of the billing cycle do not carry over.
