Creative Guidelines and Rules

To keep Nilo a fun and safe place to play and create, creators must follow our creative rules below. The rules below apply to all content created in or uploaded to Nilo, whether a 3D asset, character, image, or any other creation.

The full rules are below, but in short, we don’t allow:

• Sexual content or nudity

• Hate, harassment, bullying, or doxxing

• Threats, self-harm, extremism, or other illegal or harmful content

• Personal info (phone numbers, addresses, emails)

• Real wars or conflicts, or extreme gore

• Scams, deception, or exploitative monetization

Safety & Privacy

Nilo is designed for players 13+. To keep Nilo safe, we prohibit:

• Illegal or harmful content;

• Threats of violence or harm against groups or individuals;

• Content that promotes or depicts self-harm or suicide;

• Promotion or glorification of extremist or terrorist groups;

• Sexually suggestive or fetishized content, including, but not limited to, nudity, sexual acts, and sexual language;

• Content containing personal information, including, but not limited to, phone numbers, residential addresses, and emails.

Inclusivity

Nilo is a place for everyone! To keep Nilo welcoming, we prohibit:

• Racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, or other types of discriminatory content or language (including hate symbols);

• Content made to bully, harass, or dox others;

• Depictions of real wars or conflicts;

• Overly excessive, realistic blood and gore.

Honesty & Integrity

Nilo should be free of deceptive content. We prohibit:

• Content meant to scam, deceive, or mislead others;

• Exploitative monetization practices, including gambling-like mechanics, or fraudulent behavior.

Intellectual Property

Nilo creators are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any content, assets, thumbnails, or other creative work that is not their own.

If you are an intellectual property owner and you believe your IP is being infringed upon inside of Nilo, please create a new ticket and fill out the DMCA Claims form. Nilo acts expeditiously to remove content infringing on others’ rights.

Interventions

If a creator violates any of the above rules, we reserve the right to:

• Remove their content;

• Remove creation privileges, including the ability to create and publish worlds and use our AI generation tools;

• Report to law enforcement in cases of illegal behavior.

Enforcement of these rules is at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify all or any part of these rules at any time.
