Where is the item I just bought?

If you purchased an item using a Debit or Credit Card, please follow the steps below to locate it or verify your purchase.

Where are my Tokens?

If you recently topped up your Tokens, try the following steps:

  1. Log in to the account where the Tokens were purchased.

  2. Click Account to open your Account Settings.

  3. Your Token balance will be displayed under Wallet.

Where is my Membership?

  1. Log in to the account where the membership was purchased.

  2. Click Account to open your Account Settings.

  3. Under Subscription, you will be able to view your active plan.

Still can't find your purchase?

You can check whether the transaction was completed in your spending history.

Check your Nilo Spending History

  1. Log in to the account where you made the purchase of items.

  2. Click Account to open Account Settings.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Your subscription and invoice history page will appear.

  5. Review the listed transactions.

    1. If your purchase does not appear, the transaction was likely unsuccessful. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend checking with your bank before trying again.

    2. If the transaction appears but the purchase is not reflected in your account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I update my credit card information?

  1. Log in to the account where the membership was purchased.

  2. Click Account to open Account Settings.

  3. Click Manage Subscription. Your billing page will open.

  4. Under Payment Methods, click Add Payment Method.

  5. Enter your credit card information and click Add.

  6. You will be redirected to Payment Methods. Click the three dots next to the new card and select Make Default.

  7. Once the new card is set as the default, you can delete any old payment methods if needed.

How to find your purchase receipts

  1. Log in to the account where you made the purchase of items.

  2. Click Account to open Account Settings.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Your subscription and invoice history page will appear.

  5. Scroll down to Invoice History and click on the transaction to download your invoice.
