Cancel a recurring Subscription

To cancel a recurring subscription, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to the account where the membership was purchased.

  2. Click Account to open Account Settings.

  3. Click Manage Subscription. Your billing page will open.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

When can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time before the renewal date. You will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

We recommend canceling as soon as you decide, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Troubleshooting

I can’t log into the account

If you cannot log in or are unsure which account the subscription is associated with, please contact Customer Support. Provide the following information to help us locate the subscription:

  • Possible email addresses or usernames associated with the account

  • Payment method used for the purchase

  • Billing email

  • Last four digits of the card used

  • Most recent renewal date and amount

Your cancellation request must be received before the renewal date and include enough account information for us to locate the subscription.

Sending a request close to the renewal date does not guarantee the subscription will be canceled before it renews.

I don’t see a “Cancel Subscription” button

You may not see the cancel option for the following reasons:

  • You are logged into a different account than the one with the active subscription.

  • You are attempting to cancel from a mobile app instead of the web account page.

  • The account does not currently have an active recurring subscription.

  • The subscription has already expired or been canceled.

Can I buy just one month of a subscription?

Subscriptions renew automatically by default. However, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

If you cancel, you will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Please note that subscriptions are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date.

Paid Subscriptions

Many Nilo features are available for free, including 1,000 tokens per month. Paid subscriptions offer additional features and perks depending on the plan you choose.

Can I transfer my subscription to another Nilo account?

No. Subscriptions and Tokens are non-transferable.

Please make sure you are logged into the correct account before purchasing a subscription or topping up Tokens.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.

How to check your membership status and renewal date

  1. Click Account to open Account Settings.

  2. Click Manage Subscription. Your billing page will open.

  3. Here you can view your next billing date.

Your subscription will renew on the next billing date. If the subscription is not recurring or has been canceled, it will expire on the expiration date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Upgrade or downgrade your subscription

You can upgrade your subscription at any time during your billing cycle. The upgrade will be prorated, and your new billing date will become the date of the upgrade.

You can also downgrade your subscription at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
